Pull busy times straight from your Google, iCloud or Outlook calendar. Only the time slots are read — never titles — and nothing is stored.

Suggest a place or an activity and upvote the ones you like. The most-voted idea floats to the top.

Switch to Everyone: darker green means more people are free. Tap a slot, or drag down a day, to see exactly who. Best times are listed next to the grid.

Pick the window, pick the idea, lock. Everyone sees it at the top, adds it to their calendar in one tap, or scans the QR code to pass it on.
